Sophie is an Executive Committee member of the Discrimination Law Association, which responds to the many consultation exercises launched by the Government relating to equality and diversity issues and is Treasurer and Chair of Chambers’ Equal Opportunity and Diversity Committee and will be speaking about how she 'navigated' the 'glass ceiling'. Sophie believes the world needs reclaiming by the younger generation. We can’t argue with that and look forward to hearing what she has to say.
